What operating system do I need to run EverDesk?: EverDesk runs on Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Older versions of Windows (2000, 9x, ME) are unsupported.
Is any other software required?: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher should be installed, also you may need a third-party software installed to view the specific file formats.

Can I import my old mail and contacts?: Yes, EverDesk supports importing data from many popular email programs including Outlook, Outlook Express, theBat!, Calypso, Pegasus, Eudora, and more.
What types of accounts are supported?: EverDesk supports POP3 and IMAP protocols.
